Hotel Complex "AMFIBIA BEACH" includes three hotel blocks- 3 star /without air-condition/, 3+ and 4 -star conditions hotel blocks - AMFIBIA, MORSKA ZVEZDA and FREGATA- all located directly on the beach /first line/ and all rooms with a balcony with a sea view. Four star rooms are larger and more comfortable, meeting the requirements as per standard. All rooms with air-condition including 4-star and 3-star rooms except for 3- star rooms.

Double 4- star Rooms /Studios/ 2+2 pax – double the size of a normal double room with a bedroom and living room sections, furnished by standard, equipped with SAT-TV, direct-dial phone, bathroom / WC, refrigerator (mini-bar), private balcony with magnificent view to the coast. WC separated from the bathroom.

Double 4-star Rooms – 2+1 pax- newly furnished by standard, equipped with SAT-TV, direct-dial phone, bathroom / WC, refrigerator (mini-bar), private balcony with magnificent view to the coast. Double 3+ and 3-star Rooms 3+1– newly furnished by standard, equipped with SAT-TV, direct-dial phone, bathroom / WC, refrigerator (mini-bar), private balcony with magnificent view to the coast. 3+-star rooms are with air-condition.

Triple 3+ and 3-star Rooms - larger and suitable for a family with a child over 12 years old, equipped with Sat.-TV, direct-dial phone, refrigerator (mini-bar), bathroom/ WC, bigger terrace with a nice view on the beach. 3+-star rooms are with air-condition.

Family 3+ and 3-star Rooms – two separate double rooms connected with a door; with 4 beds ; equipped with Sat-TV, direct-dial phone, two separate bathrooms / WC , refrigerator (mini-bar), balcony on each room with a sea view. 3+-star rooms are with air-condition.

Two-floor Apartments 4-star, 3+ and 3-star – two separate double rooms on two floors; internal stairs; suitable for families; equipped with Sat-TV, direct-dial phone, refrigerator, one bathroom / WC, balcony on each floor with sea view.

Delux Suites 4 star- two separate double rooms, suitable for families, comfortable and fully renovated, , a king-size bed and two beds in the second room, equipped with Sat-TV, direct-dial phone, refrigerator (mini-bar), a big modern bathroom / WC.
